a few 1 markers threw me off in the beginning... Q16 was so hard i had about 120 mins for it but still didn't finish (simply cause I was clueless)
Everything else was quite simple.

Spotted two sillies in my product and quotient rule questions, not so much sillies but how i could factorise them more :D Was anybody spent for time that exam? I went very slowly and still had 30 mins to spare?

For trial papers, usually takes 1.5-2 hours to complete. this paper took me the whole 3 hours, merely because I didn't want to make any silly mistakes (faaaaak, my biggest killer in 2u).
I checked and found the area of a sector question in Q11 wrong lool. thank god.

did anyone draw tree diagrams for probability?
I don't even know how to haha.

Drawing a tree diagram is a total waste of time if they don't ask you for it. The question was only like 1 mark each.
Happy 666th post btw.

I should've used trial and error for MC, saved me more time... I still had time at the end. Got 2 Qns wrong in MC for not using trial and error....DAMMIT!

lol thanks brah.
Good. never used it.

did you leave our any questions?

about trial and error:
- I did it initially with trial and error, had to sub them all in ( took like 50 seconds)
- after i finished did MC again, rationalising takes like 2 seconds to do
- in conclusion, for 3u, going to do all MC rather than trial and error.

I didn't leave out any questions.. I attempted them all lmao but most of it was bs that didn't lead anywhere
I lost 3 marks on 16c, 4 marks in 16b, 1 mark in 14a (iv), 1 mark in 12d (ii), I'm not sure if I got 16a(ii).. dunno the right answer yet.
so overall, i lost 9 marks minimum so far (maybe 10 min idk).. idk if i made any silly mistakes though.

Did you gets get the length of BQ as (1-sinQ)/cosQ for 16b(iii) ?

I think i had something similar to that for 16, you just need to solve y=1 into the part i equation right?

Was fairly easy apart from the last two bits of Q16 which took me a fair bit of time

Yeah. oh my goodness i realised why I couldnt get 16b(iii) -___- the 2 marker! grr i'm so stupid. I subbed x = 0 into that and then somehow my stuffed up mind thought that OP was 1/sinQ
Thats why it didn't work when I put it in the area of a trapezium formula! NOOOOO

yeh, i think so. we had to sub in y = 1 or something.

I thought that was a nice question. AND FKKK YESSS. ITS RAINING <3

srsly, hope i didn't make any stupid mistakes. fml. so paranoid.
