How do i avoid tunnel vision when it comes to revision and exam practice (1 Viewer)

I noticed that whenever i revise i always seem to suffer from tunnel vision as a result my grades suffer as a result.

For me, the adrenaline of the upcoming exams led me to eventually be adaptable in my study methods. I use to be solely focused on notetaking in yr 11, but had to adapt my study methods (focusing on practice Qs) due to lack of time.
