Take James Ruse Drive to M7, then follow M7 south to M5. Follow M5 southwest until you reach Federal Highway, then take that. Where you go next depends on which part of ANU you want to go to, but generally you turn right into Barry Drive (someone correct me if I'm wrong) and then left into North/Daley Road, and you're in ANU.
