This is called a custom title. It changes automatically according to your message count and reaction score. If you wish to customise it, there is a feature to do so. However, it becomes available once you have been a BoS member for 1 year and have posted 100 messages.

As @jimmysmith560 pointed out, you receive this function when you have been a BoS member for 1 year and have posted 100 messages. Good luck on your studies and maybe one day you will receive this privilege.
