Hrm, i'm doing a travel agency for a marketing plan.

What do i do for place?

i've got:
ET is located in Mascot Mall, and has been located there for 10 years. The site was bought at the time of starting the business. We plan to stay at the same place, as the current customers, especially the University students, know where to find us. We will be renovating the place.

We will only have one point of sale at this point in time.

We will also be located on the internet. We will design a website, and will sell online for a discount.


yeah, i know, not very good, but i'm confused. :-\
Like i'm providing a service more than a product, kind of. And its not really a tangible product. So i don't have to worry about physical distribution issues, right? ie transportation, warehousing, etc. So all i have to do is wehre i'm located?
hrm, as i said, im confused. Any help would be appreciated.
