Is it really hard to get an atar of 85 and above?
considering the following subjects:

economics
business
biology
maths (2u & 3u)
english advanced

Not that hard as long as you do well (top quarter in each class I'd say, getting low A's at least, though that's dependent on your cohort).

you do pretty high scaling subjects, just do your best in exams and im sure you'll be fine

"Hard" is subjective, but if you put in a decent amount of effort (doing all your assignments, most of your work, and staying somewhat attentive in class), you should be able to get an 85+ ATAR with ease.

I don't necessarily think that it will be easier, but I do think that scaling will be different and what marks land you in the top band will be different because everyone's struggling right now and that would lead to lower averages. But that's just a theory...
