Renewed my interest in learning... really happy bout this

Whilst I had great social gains, I had a really moronic approach to the academic side of school in yrs 8 - 10

I've:

Lost weight (I used to be 80, now gone to 75 =\)

Considerably lost fitness...I effortlessly qualified for CIS since Year 7, and got into State in rock-climbing...didn't even bother with the climbing this year and I didn't get past ISA. :(

Gotten a (new) girlfriend, and spent heaps of time with her.

Quit drinking.

Finally got motivation right now 2 weeks before the trials. =\

Become more mature.

Joined, and been actively involved in a political organisation.

Become incredibly more social, and made heaps more friends. (my tentacles extend from bathurst to bondi)

Discovered much more music.

Developed into the person I will become (hopefully in some ways- hopefully I'll be less annoying also).

Oh, and my Dad died on the highest mountain in the world in May. And then came back to life again when his death had been announced to my family, friends and the entire nation.

That good enough?

2. Eating a bit more.
3. Lost anxiety disorder [I think it went into overdrive]
4. Got a boyfriend [previously my best friend he was]

Also discovered far more music than i'd ever have imagined.
Became a professional live music photographer. Gave up wedding photography because it was a shitload of stress (come on i'm supposed to take photos, not put on bridesmaids shoes/water their flowers/carry umbrellas).
Earnt a shitload of respect from bands. Oh my.

Oh and most importantly...

well lets see

- i now have a serious illness which was provoked by stress
- i was admitted into hospital twice within a one-month period
- due to my ilness, i have lost my appetite and find it really difficult to keep anything down, so in total i lost about 9kg within a 1week period
- i am not allowed to stress anymore and so that is REALLY difficult cus i live off stress
- im so behind in exams and assesemtns because i;ve missed out on a month of school since i was in hospital
- im going to fail my trials, seeign that i only have one week to study for 7 subjects
- all in all, the hsc has pretty much deteriorated my health and my confidence

I HATE THE HSC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh you, *hugs*. You're going to be fine.
