Oh well if we're talking during school, I try and do 3 hours a night and more on the weekend... it usually doesn't end up being that much though. Yeah I finished my half-yearlies on Friday :) it rules. Xcept now I have nothing to do...

The key word being 'intending'. I fully intend to do a minimum of an hour a day. Which adds up to 14 hours or so for the 2 weeks. I believe in compound studying, where a day can be taken off but the study has to be done. So I have to do a minimum of 14 hours study over these holidays. If that makes any sense :)

Well for me haha my studying really varies with my mood, since i've finished all my half-yearlies way before the term holidays.. and my exam timetable ended up so crap, that I finished all my exams within the first 2 weeks of the exam, so the final week of school, was already my early term holiday >.<

heyy btw guys, I keep hearing that the HSC 2005 Exam timetable is out, is it really?

thanks alot in advance

I should really start writing up my notes. So much to do -___- Everytime I put my work down and get ready to start I'm always distracted by the tv. Here's a tip: don't try to study in front of the tv especially if you have foxtel, it doesn't work

It must suck if you have exams right after the holidays... we had 5 days off before our exams and that was bad enough.

Haha, oh the joys of false promises. Specially those you make to yourself. :p I love when you really believe them too: yeah, I have the motivation to stick to a schedule (not). Yeah, I can do 8 hours of study a day (not). Yeah, pigs can fly (don't think I need to say it this time). ;)

I'm actually planning on doing about 1 hour all holidays, then on ANZAC day doing about 12. Then i don't have the problem of forgetting it before school resumes

All I can seem to do at the moment is right summaries of summaries and fill more space up in my 4Uenglish logbooks - I'm up to my 5th now.

I don't get why people have a problem with forgetting things and then study really close to their exam so they don't 'forget' shouldn't the whole aim of study be to understand the material and put it in your long term memory because there is a chance it might be in your HSC.

Meh, I have done zilch these holidays. I will start tomorrow.
