whats the admin guy do? Moderates posts, controls topics, has the ability to ban people and edit others posts ...
how do you get a pic? In your userCP find "Avatar" under "User Profile" and then click on "change"
what am i doing wrong? Nothing, yet ...
what about the moderator? Similar powers to Admin, but confined to particular forums ...
who's got teh most post? Check "Top 30" under "Members"
what about in one day? whats the avg? To find stats for one day click on "Profile" under peoples posts ...

Well admins actually control the whole forum, and basically do watever they like to it, and its members

Well, the moderators have just about as much power as Admins except in their respective domains. And considering most of the posts appear in the "General Section", the General Mods control the forum.
