at my school we seem to be going nowhere.
we have done most of the 3/2u topics.

How many topics have u you got left.

do you think my school would finish these before the trails?


-probability
-binomial theorm
-inverse functions
-applications of calculs to the physcial world
-trig functions
-exponential and logarthmic functions (started it now)

also in four unit we have (b4 hsc)

-conics
-integration
-volumes
-mechanics
-harder3u
to get through..

cos last yr i had way more topics than u and we managed to finished it too

hehe, dont worry mate, you'll get through em. heck, we've done complex numbers and polynomials in less than 4 weeks. 2/3 our teacher just goes: "This is year 10 stuff, really easy, you know mate. Just go home and do 3 exercises, its really easy, no problem for you guys, right boys?"

lol, so annoying!

and we have pretty much the same things left.

lol you did polynomials and complex no.'s in 4 weeks grey council? Its taken my school all of term 4 last year and the first four weeks of this term to get that far....

hehe, thats what i mean. We did all of complex numbers AND polynomials in less than 4 weeks.

we work really fast.

We've got 5 topics left and the teacher said we're well on the way to finishing the course by trials, we might get in some revision before the half-yearly. We don't work that quickly either, only about a chapter per day [or double lesson].

I think we are well on our way to getting the work done. Woo Hoo, more time for revising

we had to get logs and exponentials, and trig done before our half yearlys in a month, but im sure we'll finish the rest before our trials

edit: also, our maths teacher said that the probability we do is just as hard as what the general kids do, is that true?
