How much content in an essay paragraph? (1 Viewer)

I have no clue how some state rankers write 850 words. Just how much content do you need to achieve say, a band 6? Do they just use 3 quotes and analyse the 3 and move on?

I'm personally using 4 relatively long quotes that I'm just going to analyse the shit out of, they are broad and can be adapted/bullshitted to fit most types of belonging/not belonging.
