the essential fluid which is water i drink on average 2.5-3 L a day and when i'm training or the weather is hot i tend to drink about 5-6 L a day.
other fluids which i drink are fresh juice which I juice myself every morning if i have time after breakfast and also about half a L of milk every day.
I haven't drunk soft drink in about a year and haven't touched alcohol in about a year and a half. Mainly because there is no need to and also i've become a health freak lol
Probably 6-7L a day, i tend to use 1.5L bottles to drink from it feels like i'm drinking less compared to filling 600ml bottles several more times to drink the same amounts lol.
