so how much music do YOU have?

id only have 15 gig or so of mp3, only around 150 cds, a few dozen burnt ones, heaps of cassettes and a few vinyls. my collection is big to the people i know which is great cuz i look like a big man around them when clearly i am not.

I've got about 19-20gb, but I can assure you I know 95% of the lyrics to all the songs.

I don't think you have to know the lyrics to something to prove that you appreciate it. Also it depends what you mean by know the lyrics, if you mean know them without the song then I wouldn't know nearly any of my songs. If you mean sing along with it then I probabley know about 50%.

You don't need to know the lyrics to appreciate music. And many pieces have no lyrics.
