Don't procrastinate, if you're feeling stressed, take a break and do something you enjoy, then get back to it.

Unfortunatley this advice comes from the queen of stress so I probably wasnt the best person to reply

Take a long bath friday and sunday before you go to bed. You'll sleep alot deeper and feel much better for the weekend / week ahead.

Stress balls are good for clearing a frustrated mind.

Do something to reward yourself after study, whether its a long walk or the last bit of chocolate cake.

Set your priorities and manage large goals into small and achievable goals which work step by step towards the larger goal. In this way, you stay focused, and won't be intimidated by massive goals.

Bubble wrap FTW!

I find reading a book helps a lot. And listening to music. Do something you find really relaxing as a break from strenuous study.

The best way to reduce stress is to not care. If you don't care then you don't worry. That doesn't mean don't try. You can still try hard and understand the importance of the HSC without actually caring.

I so agree.

Where do you buy it from though?

Is there a certain shop you buy it from or is it avaliable in an array of shops?

when i'm in a really "OMFG fuck this shit-fucking shit" mood, i do a few rounds with a punching bag or smash around a hockey/soccer ball - it gets rid of the "fight-or-flight" mindset engendered by the stress, engendering increased cognitive clarity + efficiency.
