If I have accepted a first round offer and get a second round offer, how do I decline the second round offer, if I do not want it anymore and woud this affect my first round offer in any form or shape?

no you only lose ur first round offer if you accept another offer making the first one void. Just dont accept the second offer and the first one will not be affected
