how to describe the direction of F (1 Viewer)

Q:If the Earth's magnetic field is directed from geo S to geo N and a car carrying a postive charge is driven from E to W. What is the direction of the force on a car?
If u draw a sketch on the paper, then using right hand palm rule, the direction is determined to be "into the page" but how can we describe the answer in words (like u won't draw on a piece of paper and then say its into the page right?)

Into the earth/Into the ground? You wouldn't think it would matter too much but science markers can be very picky...
