Assuming he goes to your school, can you take his external replaced on your internal and you still keep your external? What if the difference (gap) in marks internally is close?

Does generic questions mean just the 4U work, not harder 3U?

How much would a Band 6 in 2U be equivalent to in Extension 2 in terms of scaling?

I'd assume harder 3u as well, but most of the harder 3u is basically stuff like inequalities, induction and calculus in Q1-5 (I think Circle Geometry for 4U is hard). Also you can make up for it by doing the mechanics, volumes and usually polynomial and complex questions in Q6-8 (or at least attempt it) and make up for the Harder 3U marks there.
