She broke it off this time, last time i did and then took her back.

i know what to do, get her picture from somewhere or just write her name on a piece of paper, then burn it away and flush it in the toilet whenever u think about her. this will remind u that u r dumping her and flushing her out of ur life.

Its normal to think about them, they were part of your life for a long time.. it would be unrealistic for you to think that *poof* they'd be gone, and you'd never think of them again.

Personally, I realised what a dick my ex was.. and that helped me get over him in about 5 milliseconds flat. But mine is obviously a different circumstance. You've got to be happy with yourself, realise things happen for a reason.. and deal with it.

I've went through this before. The thing is that it takes a long time to forget them. It took me about 7 months to forget my ex. You just need time for it to sink in.
