I was just wondering where you get those stickers for your calculator/whether you actually need it?

duno if it's different for each faculty but business students take it to asb student centre, which is the bottom lv of asb

yeah go to the asb student centre. thats the easiest place. takes like 2 seconds.

You can also go to the Engineering Student Centre.

As the others have answered, you can take it to pretty much any school. As for "whether you actually need it" - the answer is definitely. They are generally checked both before entering the examination room, as well as just prior to or just after beginning the exam.
