good going man, it's great to see that you think running around this site bitching about people is an effective way to earn respect. A+
right...now i have no idea whether you are being serious...or sarcastic here...naturally...it being the net.
but if you are being sarcastic...i dont think that going around this website bitching about people is going to earn me respect...i just said what i said because i was hurt by about 5 different people on this website on wednesday...and all i did was ask for help.
However, if your not being sarcastic, thanks...i am glad that there are a few people that agree with me...that people shouldnt being going on this site to put others down...as some people are doing.

Im asian, I dont find that racist. And I totally agree with what you wrote.
But there are two different type of asians,
1. Asians born in English speaking country (THEY ARE NORMAL)
2. Overseas asians

At school, I always see a bunch of asians hanging around together, its fukin australia, they're like fkin blaburing fkin jiberish. I don't see them socialise, talk to other people that are different races. Maybe they are scared or someshit, but to me its all bullshit. Maybe they don't speak english well, BUT FARK ITS AUSTRALIA GODDAM IT. And it seriously pisses me off at school seeing them as a group with gay long dyed hair that covers their eyes.

And even on the bus it annoys the shit outta me, they speak so fkin loud THEY"RE ONLY NEXT TO EACH OTHER.
They think its china or someshit,

The thing that pisses me off are you fk nuts that don't know the difference between asians. Some people look at me like I'm some cunt that just came from china. I was born here, I speak english well and no bs accent.

I HATE other asians that just come to aus and think its fkin china or someshit.

Sometimes I just want to tell them to STFU
i agree with you.. im asian.. born in australia~~
anyway.. yeah.. just sometimes.. its just STFU seriously..
you're not in your country anymore..!!

so.. friends.. its not an easy job i know..
but most people are friendly and love to make new friends too..
well i do anyway.. =]
if you feel like you wanna talk just add me on msn.. its on my profile~
seriously.. if you really want new friends~~ this is what i do..
i eye someone.. smile at them.. say hi and start talking..
i know they think im crazy but thats how i became friends with majority of the friends i have now~~

i think you worry too much about what people think of you.

i can be a little sensitive sometimes, but just try to shrug it off. things are so much more relaxing when you cbfed caring about randoms.

agreed. seems to work wonders with getting to know people, even if you dont end up striking up a convo, theyll be easier to talk to the next time you see them.

My advice? get the fuck over it. even better: if comments on a forum from strangers you've never met in your life are going to affect you to this extent, get off the fucking Internet.

thats a bit rough...i suppose if it was you who was in a different country u might hang around the ppl who spoke ur language. its all about ppl's comfort barrier, some ppl are willing to remain there while others try and look past their fear and make friends outside their racial group. comments like urs dont help anyone

the recent infestation of tryhard nerds as a result of the hsc 07 nearing has uneased the equilibrium of peacefulness in this forum

the key is to make numerous and often meaningless posts in order to increase your post count until you leave the "flame me" range.

the "flame me" range, which is generally sub 200 posts, varying from poster to poster depending on their awesomeness, is used as a means of quickly identifying the noobs, possible trolls, or simply the posters who can be insulted without warrant with little outcry from the rest of the community.

a simple way to decrease your flammability is to post "oh hai there " to other more respectable members of the forum so that the community will think you are affiliated with them in some way, thus granting you "protection" without the hinderance of having to be considered their bitch.

the SC and the HSC forums are a safe haven where the budding and vulnerable posters can accumulate their +respect points with very little fear of the post-HSC posters entering and giving them grief, atleast until the stage where they are forced to leave their nests and enter the less forgiving forums once they complete their HSC.

oh i have alot of free time on my hands today. nothing lame at all about typing up and carefully editing a post to perfection for a good 20 or so minutes.

i was ofcourse doing other less geeky activities while typing that up, such as eating, listening to music, possibly engaged in sexual activities and/or procrasting about actually doing some study.
