Firstly you should identify when you have free time - so create a 7 day timetable template (or steal one lmao) and then colour in the time slots you are NOT free (i.e. school, work, tutor, extracurricular - this also includes travel times, eating, sleeping, etc. It's best to colour code this so that you can see what's taking up a lot of your time). Now you can see what you will be able to clearly see how much free time you have for your studies.
Now it's up to you to decide whether you feel comfortable with your free time or not. If you find yourself not struggling to meet deadlines/not falling behind/have enough time to study then keep what you have. If the opposite, then cut back on extracurricular activities. By the time exams come I'd cut back on some of the extracurricular activities so you have more time to study (but that's just me). ALSO keep in mind that each subject has different levels of demands and hours of study. For example, you might be struggling in chemistry but acing ancient history although your teacher may be giving you two essays to do per week - so focus on your learning priorities and identity which subjects needs more/less hours of study compared to your other subjects.
I've known people who did sports, had a part time jobs and majors to complete and they were able to get through their studies without much struggle but that's just them, it might be different for you (since I don't know if you are or not).
Anyways good luck! Hopefully you will be able to figure something out.
