If you have nothing on your computer, here's a list of things you might need, and I recommend that you install it in this order:

1. Windows Media Player 9
2. DirectX 9.0b
3. DivX 3.11 Alpha
4. DivX Pro 5.0.5.
5. XviD Codec (I'm using 04102002)
6. FFDShow MPEG4 Decoder
7. OGG Audio and OGM Video DirectShow Filters
8. AC3 Filter (I use 0.63b)
9. VOBSub 2.23

cro_angel, as a bare minimum, you should at least (google and download):

WMP9, DivX and XviD codecs, as well as the AC3 audio codec.

Other recommended software. This isn't required, but is only suggested:

- InterVideo WinDVD
- QuickTime Pro 6.3
- Inmatrix Zoom Player Pro
- Media Player Classic
- Gspot
- Riff CDXA Filter for SVCD
- Pinnacle PIM1 Codec

These aren't required for your playback, but is optional.

FFDShow (I use the 23rd of May, 2003 release; ffdshow-20030523.exe)

Ogg Audio, Ogm Video DirectShow Filters (I use 0.9.9.5)

VOBSub 2.23

If you have any problems, I'm sure the other guys can help you (I don't frequent BOS as much as I use to). Google for other links, if any of the above don't work -- I've tried to find official sites, rather than mirrors, so they should be working (at the time of posting).

All the best,

Excellent!
Actually, why don't you ask Ian to make you a stick forum and call it Computer FAQ

That way you don't have to stick, just move. And if people don't search the FAQ forum we just kick them and move on.

Actually you'd have to stick everything so the 30-day expire doesn't take effect.

It was very bad compared to the TV show... Of which I am a 'fan'...
But the movie was just plain shit.
