how to reference diagrams (1 Viewer)

hi

i found a diagram in this book which i wanna use in my assignment. the thing is though, the book got this diagram from another source.

my question is, when referencing where i got the diagram, do i reference the book or do i reference the source where the book got the diagram from?

Something like that (APA style), I'd say you're referencing the original article and telling people that its in whatever book it was from, unless you can find the original.
