how to remember notes (1 Viewer)

im trying to study for legal studies but im finding it real hard to get all the notes , in to my head
does anyone have any suggestions on how memorize notes

and one more thing is that all i should be doing .
if i learn all notes from syllabus would that be enough
or is there something else i need to do

Try to vary your study, colour each topic, draw diagrams, do it with friends. learn all notes from syllabus are enough, but you have to make sure you are updated with legal issues and know case studies. Make sure you don't study long hours because the mind can only concentrate on things for about 40 mins, so you know have breaks every 40 mins. Try not to pressure yourself into remembering your notes, just read it, say it our loud, write it down. Just relax.
