How to structure a "policy/policies" ext. response? (1 Viewer)

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anyone has a general way of structuring an essay if we get a question on some policy/policies to address a certain or certain issues.

I heard there's a good change of a microeconomic question, so if anyone can suggest a structure to a micro response, that would be helpful!
