How to study Science? (1 Viewer)

I was just curious, cause I've always crammed and just focused on memorising information for Science, but I never seem to actually take into consideration understanding it. Does anyone know how to properly study Science and also be able to understand the concepts?

Science is about application, so doing questions that apply the concepts instead of just trying to memorise would be better than just memorising it for regurgitation (especially for Chemistry and Physics)
