im currently suffering from a major dilemma, ive been re-summarising my already summarised notes .. when i suddenly started to panic.. should i be just working through past papers instead? >___<"

Yes, just start doing past papers. In the event that you come across a question you don't know the answer to (which will inevitably happen), you can then go back to your notes and learn the respective summary or resummarise that summary
