How would you reference a picture taken from a textbook in text using APA style?

Does anyone know whether it should be
(a) (Author, 2009)
OR
(b) From Author, A. (2009). Example scenario. Champaign, IL: Author Pty Ltd.

Also, if we are required to reference an image from the internet, this is the example that I have read.
Wasps, hornets and yellowjackets [Image] (n.d.).
Retrieved November 28, 2005, from laters.com
insects/hornets.htm

Would you know if I have to replace [Image] with the name of the picture on the website, or would I need to leave it as that example shows?

I think you replace [image] with the name. At least, according to that website - see:
