current will flow clockwise
and you know how a mag field exists around a current carrying conductor...same goes for here
if u look at the first curve thing (bottom left hand side of hte loop) there will be a mag field that goes into the page on the inside of loop
then using hte right hand push rule, this means a force going out the loop

repeat for all other sides
and you should get hte answer

its similar to ampere's law, not hte actual formula..but the direction of forces and all that

ie. same direction current will attract
and diff direction current will repel

hope this helps

nb: this is jsut add on info..ignore this and read my next post if htis confuses u more

u know that grip rule where the thumb points in direction of current and you curl your fingers and they show direction of hte magnetic field...

so there is a mag field that goes into the page inside the loop...

if u dont know the right hand push rule, then u can use fleming's left hand rule..
you know that gun looking thing...
