I really liked the probability one in the HSC paper (2008?), where it involved n number of balls and you had to choose.

Oh yeah that one was good. 2006 Q5d is pretty hard too for probability

I'm hoping for a nice multi-part polynomials/complex and integration question. Not combined, necessarily, but those tend to be more conceptual than bashy.
