Does anyone have an answer to the following physics question?

How did Einstein's theory of special relativity and his explanation of the photoelectric effect lead to the reconceptualisation of the model of light?

Special relativity:
- light travels at a constant speed, doesnt undergo galilean relativity (i.e., velocity A relative to B = Va - Vb)

PE Effect:
- Light has wave/particle duality

YOU THINK!?!? Thanks Captain Obvious! Seeing as he doesn't have any verb in the question, I was unsure of how to proceed, there was no 'explain', 'describe', 'outline' etc.. and no indication of the mark value of the question. The verb which should be used in the question would influence how I wrote the answer. So cbf doing it.
