I'm enroled in B Economics and am probably going to major in economics but i can't decide whether to also major in H/R or I/R. Can anyone give me some advcie?

Hi,

If you've looked at the subjects in each of the majors, you'll find most of them are the same. The subjects basically overlap. So HR and IR study don't really differ. It will just say something different at graduation.

IR is ideally related to management at a macro level, going into unionism, etc.

HR is ideally at a micro level.

isnt it compulsory to major economics for B Economics?

In BEc it is compulsory to enrol into economics or an economics equivalent subject. However, you can double major, which means you can still pick one other subject within the BEc degree.
