Hey there, I do quite a few humanities: Mod History, Legal Studies, and Economics. There aren't a lot of tutoring services for those, am I just better off buying reputable people's notes? Some on here look decent-ish? I'm also new here and sorry if I'm spamming

You are better off buying notes or downloading legal notes!! I do legal and there’s no point in tutoring when you can teach yourself the content. Just make sure the notes u get makes it easy for you to practice writing short answer and extended response :)

Quite honestly, I think:
For Economics:
- Subscribe to some news outlet like AFR or SMH to be up to date with news, stats, events etc.
- Tutoring for eco is often just reading notes written by someone else
- Notes can be useful but only if that is your study method

For Modern History:
- Read read read
- Write write write
- Memorise memorise memorise

Personally, I had specialised HSC Economics AI tools to help me formulate my notes and answer questions in depth.
(i am not plugging my notes)

Others notes are useful, and you really just need to practice writing a lot imo

The only kind of tutoring that might be good is feedback and access to resources but you can probably get that from your teacher or find it on your own
