I never said God only punishes people who sin. We are all sinners, every one of us, that's why we fall fall short of God's grace. But not His mercy, no His divine mercy is available to any and even the worst of all sinners, that is why He will forgive us when we confess and repent. There is no sin in this world that God cannot forgive, but you have to do your part. In the end times, EVERY nation will fall. This is because all nations (Proportionally) have rejected and turned away from God. So before Jesus can come down again, the great chastisement will begin. It will include the world's most horrific and deadly natural disasters, wars and destruction man kind has never seen. Only God's faithful ones will remain for the new Earth, cleaned of all previous sin.
We all personally suffer from sin. SUFFERING IS A RESULT OF SIN. This sin may be inherited. Once again, God didn't send these hurricanes. They were just natural disasters. IF GOD, OUR FATHER, STRUCK THE EARTH WE WOULD ALL FEEL IT.

I am just about to head off for Compline and it's the Sabbath so I shall not occuppy myself with this other than to quote Jesus of Nazareth and urge you to heed his words:

Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother,
"Let me remove the speck from your eye'; and look, a plank is in your own eye? Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
"Do not give what is holy to the dogs; nor cast your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn and tear you in pieces.
