omg! thats just like me, except that I cant sleep every night..
try getting up at 6am, do 10mins of skipping, or some intensive cardio, during the day and you'll end up sleeping earlier

i am so similar to you..

this happened to me alot in yr 11

evrybody told me to try all these things like:
- drink warm milk
-listen to 2GB radio softly
-take a shower
-listen to relazing music

none of it really worked though, you eventually get pass it...the best thing you can do it not worry about it...because when u r lying in bed not falling alseep because of all ur thoughts, u have a tendency to say 'omfg, shutup! why aren't u alseep yet?!!'

if you just convince urself not to worry, even if u get not a wink sleep, the next day, if its ur exam or whatevr, convince urself u feel fine, evn without sleeep.

yeh i know how it feels.
like the night before my trail ancient exam i couldnt get to sleep no matter what i tried till like 5 in the morning. then woke up at 7. still did good tho... 98%.
I cant get to sleep now. I got butterflys in my stomach
Try listening to music to get to sleep. Thats what ive done every night since that dreaded one beofre the ancient trail and its werked, with the exception of tonight...

Anyway, to get to sleep usually if you debate some maths u get tired and fall asleep..

they check everything apparently, and i guess u'd have to take off any labels etc...
our head examiner said we can, however i think it's different depending who you have like some say only water... ours said you can bring in any drink or food as long as you don't make noise or disturb other people.

this is what i do when that happens to me. but you're going to have to start it now. lol

don't go to sleep until 8pm tonight. keep up the fluids, [caffeine, if it helps you to stay up]. By the time 8pm arrives, you'll be dog tired and your body won't want anything more than to sleep for at least 7 hrs. When you wake up, it'll be saturday morning. It's extreme, but at least on sunday night, you can sleep tight.
...hopefully.

It might start you on a more helpful sleeping pattern before the exams start.

Good luck!

Well... One thing that usually works on me is listening to this song:

Toshiro Masuda - Sadness and Sorrow

Its from the anime Naruto... I'd attach it, but i cant attach mp3 files...
