I got accepted to a Dual Degree, but I realized I just wanted to do a single (1 Viewer)

tl;dl (B Engineering / B Arts or B Science or B Engineering / B Science (Comp Sc))

After research (which I've should of done beforehand), I realised all I wanted to do was a B Sc (Computer Science) degree by itself.

What are my options here? Is it possible "drop B Engineering" on the first day?

IIRC, you can call up the UNSW enrolment office and tell them you only want to do B Sc (Computer Science). They'll adjust this within 24 hours.

The same happened to me. I originally accepted B Economics/Arts last year, but I decided to drop Arts a day after accepting the offer. Hopefully this works out for you.

You may need to transfer because BE/BSc is run by the Faculty of Engineering. Either way, you should just select the subjects required for Computer Science if that is what you want to do, then see what your options are by calling UNSW.
