hey everyone,

Please help I have two questions.

1. What are some strategies which can be used by management to manage change effectively? (I'm a little unsure)

and

2. what is a strategy which can be used to reduce conflict with internal stakeholders?

Talk about empowering employees . Getting the involved in the change progess. Then talk about those methods of achieving change, so you'd say its important to remove restraining forces, so management could empower employees by giving them greating involvement in the change process.

To manage change effectively, just talk about the 5 steps which are used:

1) Identify change issue
2) Set achievable goals
3) Create a culture of change
4) Implement the change
5) Evaluate and modify the change as appropriate

And to manage change with internal stakeholders, just talk about the steps in the dispute resoloution process:

. Grievance procedures
· Negotiation
· Mediation
· Conciliation
· Arbitration
· Common law action
· Business division/closure
