So if the prime minister of Australia can refuse a lie-detector test, does that mean that as the public we can follow suit?....

To me Howard doesn't seem fit to pass a test on whether or not he's leader of the nation; "I.... er, ar, er...." and so forth....

Well he's a better option than an alcoholic and gambler. Imagine if he went to the US! When he first see's G. W. he'll probably chase him down and tackle him.

Well even though im no fan of Howard, you really can't except the prime minster to take a lie detector test.

Hopefully he'll just lose the election....

I don't know..if he had nothing to hide you'd think he'd be want to, or at least be prepared to prove it. Declining it has just given everyone even more reason to suspect he's lying.

It looks more and more likely I'll be voting in the next election. And when I do vote it'll be for legalise marrijuana parties or gun-toting lunatics party.
