I need a maths ext 1 tutor (1 Viewer)

My old maths tutor is no longer available

Can u guys suggest a maths ext tutor that has these requirements?

a) can do one-one for a price under $100
b) was/is a secondary high school teacher
c) is quick and efficient with lessons and actually knows how to conceptually explain difficult concepts
