On listening test, how do i prepare for one?

Is this listening, as in for languages, or for English, or what?

ESL do listening test because they dumb and no know enlgish. They come from country to this country and do not know anything. They stupid.

Gosh. I hate listening tests. The people's voices are usually boring and you end up feeling bored throughout the test lol.
