Well... I just got my mark yesterday

37/71..... thats just a pass..

my previous assesment was 25/40....

so does this mean my assesment mark will br ound like 50% if i continue to this bad?? And also wat if i do alright in da HSC like 70-90%? will i get pushed up??

i got to a selective skool however i dont think that makes any difference

Going to a selective school will make a difference, cos i'm thinking your year will do well in the HSC, and that will push your marks up too. That's what i've heard anyways..

Try to do your best come trials and HSC
The Yr11 accelerants will pull u guys up majorly, so on average, moderated assessment marks are always pretty good there. I think I got about 75% raw all yr for 2u and ended up with 89

i think its round 80/105....

the assessment mark they give you in your school beaky, just say you get 68%, wont be your actual internal assessment mark. If your 68% means that you are ranked, lets say, 25th out of 50 people it means that when everyone does the actual HSC exam from your school, your internal mark will become the 25th best external mark, make sense?
Therefore you shouldn't be too worried how low the mark the school gives you is. You just need to establish a good rank so you have better chances of getting a higher mark.

Not to fear, Beaky - I'm with you. I go to a selective school, and I do 2u maths, which means our marks are compared with 3u maths nerds too. My results are disturbing - I think I've been getting about 60% on average. I feel like crying, I tells you
