Great thread.

I turn really red during sport. (not really.)

Seriously, if you turn red all the time; chances are, a couple of other students may have noticed... has anyone said anything to u?
I think some white makeup should be added too. ;)
LOL.
No, it's not all the time.
Just as IceOnFire said, it happens during maths for me too for some reason.

do u get most nervous in maths?
u probably got it once to start off with and now because u keep thinking about it happening and worrying about it, it actually does happen.

No.
I don't worry about it happening. It just does.
Like I have gotten red in Maths before, but I didn't this time.
I was in Chem before, but this time I went red.
I'm thinking its maybe the stress of like getting the answers.
Like those times I went red I was having trouble with the exam.
But I don't get what it is.

Don't worry about it. chances are everyone else is too busy freaking out as much as you are to look around the room.
:burn: is it cause you're angry at the stupid person who made the test so hard?
or just cause you're scared you'll get it wrong?

How do you know you go red, unless someone tells you? Or it is the whole hot in the face feeling?

My head gets hot as well, I'll try the water idea but I can't drink water in my IPT and software exams because water/food is not allowed in the computer lab!! :burn:

LOL.
Yeah... that must suck.
But I don't get hot in the head as such, just in the cheeks.
And it's tremendous how hot they get.

I wouldn't notice... if that helps.... i pay no attention to anything except the paper in front of me.... lol even after ive finished i rarely look else where...

I get red during sport... something to do with diabetes.. maybe your diabetic? haha, though i think you might have more symptons, so maybe not!!

Just keep drinking water hey??

I try to take water with me, but i always end up drinking it all and ending up needing to go to the toilet like 5 times so i dont anymore!!!

Water is amazing in exams. And I forgot it on Monday... :(.
school policy doesnt allow us to have water bottles in exams..
i'm sick and the otherday i had to hold in an urgent desire to cough...
eventually i nearly fell over in a coughing fit.

my dear 'i turn really red during exams'... do not fear!
dont worry about how you look or what ur wearing etc! HOW WILL THAT CONTRIBUTE AT ALL POSITIVELY TO UR EXAMS?
IT WONT!
so don't worry about it.
people probably dont even notice it, they'll be too busythinking 'omg diz is two hard brooo' [they think phonetically :)]
and while u may be redfaced in the exam, they'll all be red faced after the exam when you kick their butts!

:)

ps. being red faced for 2 or so hours is alot better than permanently being a sickly yellow colour :) *nodd*

why? if its good enough for the HSC why not in school?
not quite sure.. but being the uncoordinate young ladies that we are, i think perhaps they fear us spilling it all over our exma papers/needing to pee........

i should ask. But i'd rather just accept their policies blindly, without question.

I was surprised when I saw people had water bottles on their desks... I guess we're allowed to!

There go half those posts... thanks nichhhole.

Wow really?? Why? how is your watch going to assist you? i take my off, because im left handed and it is on my left wrist and hence gets in my way and sometimes makes loud noises on the desk...

But why wouldnt you be allowed to wear it?
