at UNSW, if u want to major in a language, u can do a double major within the commerce degree (eg Accounting and Italian)
or if u wanted a full commerce degree (ie, 2 majors in commerce), u can do a combined Commerce/Arts degree, and do ur language major within arts - however, this combined degree takes 2 yrs more. Else, if u just wanted to do a couple of language subjects, u are more than welcome to pick 1 or 2 language sub's as electives in a single degree.
