ive been working on my own summeries and what not, but got stuck on 3 of the dot points

Observe the occurrence of different striation patterns for different pressures in discharge tubes
does it glow more with higher pressures or lower presures ?

Discuss qualitatively the electric field strength due to a point charge, positive and negative charges and oppositely charged parallel plates. what the ?

Identify some of the metals, metal alloys and compounds that can be superconductors:
Niobium-germanium compounds, mercury-barium-calcium-copper oxide. anyone know any others ?

1st: from memory (need 2 revise:() in progression of decreasing pressure from 5%atmosphere : first theres streamerslike glow then striations with several darkspaces then teh crookes darkspace expands until it covers the whole tube and only a greenish glow can be observed on the glass around the anode

2nd: i think you supposed to discuss how the size of the E field are related to the point charge liek how its is weaker as the distance from the charge is increased (inversely proportional) and how a uniform field is produced btween uniformly chaged plates

3rd: contexts has a pretty good table i think

nah i was talking about Longman physics contexts(picture of satelite dish on cover) as opposed 2 oxfords (i think?) physics in context (thick, orange coloured)
