If I have an 'evaluate effectiveness question,' will I be marked down for mentioning the same piece of legislation twice (in separate points)? (1 Viewer)

We have a legal studies question, where we are asked to evaluate the effectiveness of the legal system in ensuring compliance with laws surrounding the purchase of shelter. I have three points. In my first body paragraph, I've mentioned legislation #1. In my second body paragraph, legislation #2, and my last, legislation #1. My evidence for cases, however, varies (obviously). Will I be marked down for using the same piece of legislation? It's highly relevant to the point I'm making, but, I'm not sure if I should reuse that law.

Thanks.

think it should be fine if the two arguments are different from one another, i.e. you're not repeating yourself. besides, one legislation may cover a variety of things so if you wanna be extra, reference the section of it.
