If I transfer from UMACQ comm to UNSW comm what happens to my "GPA" at MACQ???????

If I transfer all my credit points over.

Say I got a high distinction at macquarie university and wanted to keep it, can I?

Does the grading system start "all over" once you transfer?

So they do not take into account 1st year GPA anymore?

They take into account your GPA in terms of securing you a place at UNSW. Once you have that place and you're a UNSW student, your GPA resets. So if you have a GPA of 3/4 at Macquarie (keeping in mind our GPA is out of 4), it will mean nothing once you've secured a spot at another institution. It's more or less the same process everywhere.
