I'm dying (1 Viewer)

I just re-installed Windows 200 on my shitty old computer so everything is nice and fresh, only problem is, I can't download anything including MSN!!!
When I try it comes up "Cannot find specified file" blah blah etc.
If anyone knows what I can do, it'd be really helpful... thankyou.

Install Firefox and try downloading with that. Are you sure the sites you are downloading from are current?

I tried dwonloading that... it downloads but before installation (or whatever it does) it says "cannot find the specified file"

Oh, so once you download them, then Windows can't find the file to open it?

Are you an admin on your computer?

Are you saving them to a folder you have access to? Are the files there once you download them?

Yes, I am saving to a file I have access to (although they're kinda pre-set...like, I have no choice)
And the files are there, just when i try to install the same msg comes up

Try reinstalling, again. Otherwise, back up what data you can and reformat. Maybe something got corrupted during the install process.
