i got offered my first pref at unsw for b planning. i am now having second thoughts. the uws degree also looks good but it is a pathway into master of urban planning. i really don't know what to do. they both look good as degrees. if i put uws as my first preference for late round offers will that jeopardise my place at unsw?

No, it won't. If you want to go to UWS, put it as your first preference and wait to see if you get an offer for it.
