Im so ass at hard ext 2 induction q any tips (1 Viewer)

idk why but ext 2 induction particularly inequalities just doesn't click with me. I am so good at integration but bloody suck at hard induction, idk i have been trying to improve but i find myself just looking at the answer and tricking myself into thinking ik it and then coming across the question again and having no clue what to do...
