implicit differentiation (1 Viewer)

when differentiating this :

I take the (x^2+y^2) to the other side and then differentiate but i get a different answer to when i use the quotient rule (when leaving it as is).

Is there any reason for this or am i just making a mistake somewhere?

well im getting this from a site and this is their solution:

and i dont get anything that looks like that when rearranging the original

NOTE: i would type my solution but it would take me too long

the answer i get is (18x-2)/(3-18y)
